This website was created by a resident of Roosevelt Point apartments who as a father of a two year-old boy is seriously concerned by the impact on his son's health and the overall welfare of his family from the noise coming from the bar Cantina Paz just across the street. If you think I am exaggerating, just come around on a weekend evening to check for yourself.
